We are looking for a motivated self-starter who is passionate about marketing and social media to join our dynamic and fast-growing real estate team.Our Marketing and Social Media Part-Time Assistant will be responsible for building and executing campaigns on Facebook and Instagram to help expand our brand. You will strategize, execute, and manage a variety of ad campaigns from beginning to end. The candidate in this position will conceptualize campaigns, develop and execute all ads, and analyze ad performance results. • Manage website design, content, SEO development and tracking analytics to ensure all content is up to date and relevant
• Produce new advertising and marketing campaigns that are relevant and optimized
• Prepare signage and events for new community launches that will entice potential buyers
• Monitoring all new prospects and then incorporate them into marketing campaigns to contribute to company growth
• Streamline company materials and campaigns to ensure a consistent and concise messageQualifications:
  • 2 or more years experience in an Ad Agency or Real Estate Sales environment required
  • B.A. or B.S. in Marketing, Journalism, Business or related major required
  • Maintains an open mind to new ideas and suggestions
  • Develop new concepts based on input
