Auction is the South's leading independent, dealer exclusive auto
auction. Greensboro Auto Auction, also known as GAA, is locally
owned and operated. We are currently recruiting for an experienced
Building Maintenance Technician. This is a full time position with

Duties: Performs a variety of skilled duties in one or more of the
building trades, such as painting, carpentry, minor electrical, or
other recognized crafts for the purpose of maintaining repairing
the building. Duties and responsibilities include the following:
Perform maintenance skills including, but not limited to,
mechanical, electrical, troubleshooting and repair. Strong in
electrical 110 to 3 phase power. Perform regular preventive
maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities. Comply
with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
40 Hour work week with some overtime if needed. Other duties may be
assigned. Qualifications: Must have a minimum of 1-2 years of
experience in electrical maintenance background. Electrical license
is a plus. Must have valid driver's license. Good communication
skills, positive attitude and be able to nurture a team
