  As a part of the IT Team, the IT Technician's roles will include:
  • Providing high-quality technical customer support
  • Technicians will spend time out in the field at client sites as well as in the office
  • One week quarterly you will be responsible for being on call
  • Technical skills that would be useful:
    
    • Windows desktop troubleshooting
    • PC setup and deployment
    • Windows Server support: User additions, password changes, etc
    • Server application troubleshooting (vendor management)
    • Fire Share permissions changes
    • Basic O365 administration
    • Server application upgrades and instillations
    • Active Directory administration
    • Server hardware instillation
    • Wireless troubleshooting
    • Email troubleshooting
    • Vendor support Qualifications
      • Experience in a managed service environment is a plus
      • 1-3 years of direct work experience in IT support
      • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
      • Excellent listening skills
      • Ability to work individually and as part of a team
      • Valid driver's license and transportation
