Job description Position Summary Freedom First Federal Credit Union Is looking for an experienced executive to join their team in the role of Chief Retail Officer. Reporting to the CEO, this position will be responsible for directing the sales of loan and deposit products to Consumers and Businesses while overseeing a variety of functional areas such as commercial lending, small business, mortgage lending, wealth management, and private banking. Freedom First is a unique credit union, in that the incumbent will have access to a fully scaled mortgage and commercial division staffed with seasoned professionals. This role will be actively involved in strategic planning and implementation, resource management, product/service development, and financial forecasting as it relates to the sales function. A Bachelors degree in finance or similar field, along with a minimum of five years' Bank or Credit Union executive leadership with a concentration in retail and familiarity with Commercial/Business lending is required. MBA preferred.
