Trevco--helps the world's largest brands materialize their vision through designing, manufacturing, and selling licensed consumer products. Over--1000+ brands are partnered with--Trevco--including Warner Bros (Superman, Batman, Harry Potter) CBS & Showtime, Star Trek, NBC Universal, DreamWorks, 80s Rock bands such as ACDC, KISS, sports leagues like the NHL, and so many more.-- Your Role: Be an entrepreneur inside of one of the largest Amazon & Marketplace sellers in the USA. The Director will be responsible--for--owning all of Trevco products & brand and the success or failure from a revenue, sales & profit standpoint. It involves--the entire process of selling on marketplaces like Amazon,--from A to Z--including--but not limited to:-- 1. Influencing the product--development road map--(what products to design and why). 2. Partnering with finance to determine the--pricing--strategy. 3. Partnering with the listing &--merchandising team to list, optimize & merchandise listings and brand stores.-- 4. Partnering with talented Amazon Advertisers to build the appropriate Sponsored Brand Ad & Sponsored Product ad campaigns using proprietary Amazon Advertising technology and our incredible Search Term Isolation bidding philosophy.-- 5. Analyze & enhance your efforts throughout the growth stage of each product using advanced--custom built--analytical tools. Using your expert, up-to-date grasp of e-Commerce/marketplace--tools, strategies, and best practices, you will manage campaigns from concept to execution to analysis. This person will work collaboratively with our internal specialists to ensure your strategy and vision is implemented successfully and accurately. You're the captain of the ship, steering the entire internal team forward towards a successful--launch, ultimately gauged on--market growth and profitability.-- In the 1st--Month you will... - Learn about--Trevco's--marketplace accounts,--product offerings, revenue streams and unique print on demand model.-- - Learn the process of taking products & projects through each phase from--licensing to--concept to--creative--to listing & merchandising, to FBA, to advertising, and analytics. - Start to understand the product & projects ahead and what success and failure looks like.-- - Begin managing your first few growth product categories and projects. Sharpen your skills in Month 2 by... - Beginning--to strategize &--bring--your first few growth product categories and projects to life. - Streamlining--the process from concept to live to analysis and the technology & tools you would use to measure the success and failure of each various product &--projects. - Relying--on your experience to begin to develop cross-channel marketing strategies and recommendations to solve--revenue and profit goals.-- Execute in Month 3 by... - Making--meaningful--and--measurable--revenue and profit impact.-- - Running your own business within--Trevco, managing--goal--roadmap for future growth, gaining buy in and support from all key stakeholders.-- Desired Skills and Experience

  • 5--years + experience--"selling on--Amazon"--with proven results--
  • 5 years--+--in project management or account management overseeing complete--lifecycle of selling on Amazon & marketplaces from concept to live to analysis to notable revenue impact.
  • 3+ years in a management role where you set up process and procedure, documentation
  • Experience in product merchandising--
  • Experienced in compiling, documenting and communicating client requirements to internal stakeholders--
  • Experience in print on demand for apparel & accessories is a PLUS!
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field--
  • Demonstrate exceptional teamwork, and have a "continuous improvement" mindset, with a willingness to adjust workflow and methods to fit the team and company dynamic--
  • Ability to solve problems by applying experience, judgment, and creativity to both short- and long-term challenges--
  • Customer centric attitude and ability to interact professionally with all levels of the organization--
