This role will lead a team of Account Executives and Relationship Managers in day to day sales & operations.-- Skills Needed to Win:

• 3+ years of sales team leadership experience with the ability to hold others accountable and cast vision
• Experience with CRM/Salesforce, Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel--is a must--
• Experience in business to business phone sales and comfortable talking to small-business owners, HR representatives and decision-makers about their organizations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with organizational skills
• Professional sales training background is preferred What winning looks like:
