Night Inventory ResponsibilitiesAs a General Manager for Domino's
you have full control of your store. Scheduling, Food Orders, Coke
Orders, Inventory, Hiring, Training. If you train a good management
team to have your back and progress them through training levels
your Assistants can take some of those tasks off your back. If you
are looking for a leadership role in the business industry this job
is great for you! You get to create your own schedule and compete
to run costs in your region. Your Area Supervisor is there to
assist and push you to meet goals. You get to build the culture
inside your store. Being a previous General Manager myself this was
one of my favorite parts! I hired and trained my people to succeed
and meet goals. I always kept it competitive and we had each
other's backs!Domino's is an amazing career to pursue because the
opportunities are endless. Move out of state, guess what there's
probably a Domino's! Wanna move up? Excel at your current position
and the opportunities will begin presenting itself.You would be
trained as an Assistant Manager unless you already have Domino's
General Manager experience. The Assistant Manager pay is $15-$17.50
an hour. Once a certified GM, you would be offered $900 a week.
After 90 days you may be able to increase your weekly pay depending
on the store location up to $1150 a week.This job does require a
lot and isn't for those who just want to boss people around. You
still have to do everything including cleaning and making pizzas.
