Medical Facilities of America Administrative Consulting -
Medical Facilities of America, an innovative healthcare company
which owns and operates post-acute rehabilitation and transitional
care centers throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia and North
Carolina, is seeking an Office Manager for our corporate location
in Roanoke, VA. This position will help as a communication liaison
between this office and our headquarters in New Jersey
Additional tasks include:
Reporting office progress to senior management and working with
them to improve office operations and procedures
Organizing the office for efficiency
Helping ensure it is a safe environment and that equipment is in
working order
Qualified candidates will have the following skills and
abilities:
Knowledge and experience with office and staff management
Good attention to detail, great communication skills, and excellent
customer service skills
Good interpersonal skills to help maintain effective rapport among
home office staff members, as well as a maintaining pulse of the
building morale
Adaptability to office policy improvements/changes
Conflict resolution experience
Quick response/accurate data entry
Focused, personable, punctual, and able to handle a busy office
Excellent problem-solving skills
Proficiency in organizational skills
Highly motivated with focus compliance, efficiency, and
profitability
