The Licensed Vocational Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse (LVN/LPN) coordinates and delivers high quality, patient-centered care by performing a variety of delegated basic patient care services.   • Nurse to patient ratios based on acuity
  • Conducts Daily Interdisciplinary Rounds
