Salem Health and Rehabilitation Center in Salem, VA is seeking a caring, warm-hearted Physical Therapist who is currently licensed in VIRGINIA, or is a graduate from an approved Physical Therapist program and is actively working toward obtaining licensure. Our in-house team of compassionate physical, occupational, and speech therapists provides rehab services in a state of the art rehab gym. Whether you are a seasoned professional or at the beginning of your career, utilize your talents as a Physical Therapist to improve the lives of others.The Physical Therapist evaluates residents, develops effective treatment plans, and obtains approval for service from the referring physician. Treats residents according to the physicians treatment plan. Participates in discharge planning. Records evaluation, treatment and charges. Supervises Physical Therapist Assistants and Aides.
