Qualified Candidates:
1+ year of experience preferred
Robotics training/experience preferred
Robotic lung experience is a plus, but not required
TAVR experience is a plus, but not required
Must be Board Certified within 5 years of completing training
Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Must be licensed or eligible to be licensed in the state of Virginia

About:
Existing surgeon focuses on CABG, vascular work and TAVR
200 hearts with plans to grow to 250-300; 300 thoracic with growth strategy to reach 350-375
Joining team of 7 cardiologists, 1 cardiothoracic surgeon and 5 advanced practice providers (2 dedicated CTS APPs)
Call schedule is 1:2
Dedicated CVOR staff
2 dedicated CVORs
1 dedicated EP lab and 3 cath labs
Leadership opportunity available, if desired
506-bed facility
