As a Stonerise Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you are a critical member of a patient's care team at our transitional and skilled nursing care centers (also called "nursing homes"), where we serve both short-term and long-term patients. Some of your primary responsibilities include:

• Provide direct care and support to patients under the supervision of a RN or LPN
• Utilize appropriate resources to provide care and support for assigned patients
• Administer showers, bed baths, or tub baths according to patients' plan of care
• Provide oral hygiene including denture care
• Respond to patient call lights
• Assist patients with meals and feeding
• Assist patients in range of motion, mobility and ambulation
• Transport patients to scheduled activities
• Complete required forms including intake and output, food intake, flow sheet, accident/incident report, patient clothing sheet and CNA flow sheet
• Attend to patient hygiene needs -
• Promote good customer service and a safe, nurturing environmentSchedule -
  Full - Time, Non-ExemptEducation, Licensure & Certification Requirements -
  • State-approved nursing assistant program completion and successfully pass the Nurse Aide Competency Exam and maintain active certification.
  • Attend required number of educational programs per month/quarter. -
