As a Stonerise LPN - Charge Nurse, you will provide direct nursing care to acutely and/or chronically ill patients through individualized care plans. You will serve as a charge nurse to hire, plan, organize, direct, and supervise the activities of CNAs, Valets, CNAs in-training, etc. assigned to your shift. -As a Stonerise LPN - Charge Nurse, some of your primary responsibilities include:

• Supervising the CNAs, CNAs in-training, and hospitality aides and determining work procedures; preparing work schedules, expediting workflow, evaluating, and counseling. -
• Delivering nursing care to patients including administering routine services while making every effort to maintain patient safety, comfort, and peace of mind. -
• Administering medications accurately and safely to assigned group of patients. -
• Assuming and carrying out responsibility for leadership of the nursing care team. -
• Communicating with other health care team members such as, physicians, nurses, other LPNs, CNAs, social workers, and psychologists regarding patient status and response to treatment. -
• Transcribing physician orders correctly and completing necessary paperwork. -
