    Requirements
    
    • 
      
    • 2+ years of large hospital experience
      
    • Comfortable working in all PCU and MS units
      
    • Certifications: BLS and ACLS required
      
    • Patient Ratios: PCU 5:1, MS 6:1
      
    • COVID-19 Vaccine: Required (Medical/Religious Exemptions Only)
      
    • Flu Vaccine: Required (Medical/Religious Exemptions Only)
      
      
      Additional Information
      
      • 
        
      • Travelers are required to work at least 1 holiday per season (2 winter holidays - Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years)
        
      • Compliance documents due Wednesday prior to Monday start
        
      • Local candidates who live within 100 miles of the facility are not accepted
        
      • Once an inpatient RN at Roanoke Memorial Hospital hits one year of travel with them, they have to leave for a minimum of six months in order to be considered for a travel position again
        
      • Every other weekend required for all Inpatient Nursing positions at Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital. Facility reserves the right to require makeup shifts for any missed weekend shifts
