ACLS, BLS Must-Have: - ICU Experience - ACLS and BLS certifications
Job Description: - Work in a unit with 12 beds and a team of 32
staff. - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including Day
Shift Directors, Managers, Clinical Coordinators, RNs, Externs, and
Paramedics. - Maintain patient ratios of 2:1, 3:1, or 1:1. -
Utilize equipment such as Tablo, IABP, Impella, Brain Cool, Swan
Ganz, BIS, Vigilance, Baxter, Hemosphere, and Pyxis. - Use Meditech
EMR system for electronic medical records. - Perform typical
procedures including TVP, TCP, post-cath, sheath removal, bedside
trach, and SLED. - Exhibit a team-focused personality to ensure
smooth operations. - Required to work every other weekend; no
on-call duty. - Dress code is navy blue scrubs.
