Job Description:
Seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to provide direct rehab care
following physician referrals in a long-term and post-acute care
setting.
Offers $50-$60/hr DOE, mentorship for new grads, continuing
education, and growth opportunities.
Requires graduation from an accredited physical therapy program,
valid licensure, and CPR certification.
Responsibilities include developing and adjusting treatment plans,
supervising therapy staff, documenting care, and ensuring patient
safety.
Must demonstrate professionalism, teamwork, confidentiality, and
excellent patient communication skills.
Additional duties involve community engagement, proper use of
therapy software, and adherence to policies and procedures.
Requires physical activity, good judgment, and effective
interdisciplinary collaboration.
