Job Description:
Seeking a Director of Nursing (RN) for a Skilled Nursing
Facility in Two Rivers, WI, with a salary up to $130k based on
experience, including relocation assistance and unlimited PTO.
Lead clinical management, ensuring quality care, regulatory
compliance, and positive employee relations.
Mentor nurses and CNAs to foster professional growth and achieve
clinical outcomes.
Responsibilities include overseeing resident care, conducting daily
rounds, and acting as the clinical representative in the
community.
Requirements: Current RN license in good standing and management
experience in long-term care.
