Job Description:
Seeking a full-time LPN Charge Nurse for Day Shift (7 am-7 pm,
72 hours per pay period) with rotating weekends and holidays.
Provides high-quality nursing care following federal, state, and
local standards, policies, and procedures.
Must have an active ND LPN license; senior living or long-term care
experience preferred.
Assesses residents-------- needs through physical assessments,
observations, and interviews.
Develops and updates personalized care plans, administers
medications, and monitors treatments.
Documents care accurately in electronic records and complies with
health regulations.
Mentors new staff, monitors team performance, and ensures adequate
staffing.
Communicates effectively with residents, families, physicians, and
staff.
Participates in resident care conferences, ongoing education, and
reports incidents per policy.
Starting pay ranges from $24.00-$26.16/hour plus shift premiums and
benefits including health insurance, 403(B), paid time off, and
more.
