Job Description:
This Part-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) role involves
supporting clinical research activities in a research office
setting. Key responsibilities include performing venipuncture,
collecting biological samples, administering injections and IV
infusions, inserting and managing foley catheters, performing EKGs,
and ensuring accurate documentation per GCP guidelines. The
candidate must hold an unencumbered LPN/LVN license in Iowa or a
Compact State, with at least 1 year of clinical experience,
including phlebotomy and injection skills. Familiarity with GCP,
FDA regulations, and experience in clinical research is preferred.
Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and flexibility
are essential. The work environment is a research office with no
on-call or weekend shifts. Legal work authorization in the US is
required; visa sponsorship is not available.
