Job Description:
Seeking a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) to
provide routine client care under RN supervision.
Responsibilities include monitoring health status, assisting with
treatments, administering medications, and communicating changes to
the healthcare team.
Qualifications: completion of a state-approved training program,
valid licensure, CPR certification, at least 6 months of nursing
experience, and a valid driver--------s license.
Must have strong communication skills, computer proficiency, and
experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities
preferred.
Work may include evenings, weekends, and on-call duties. Join our
