Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Case
Manager to provide expert hospice care in Kansas City.

Work autonomously with support from a multidisciplinary team and
weekly meetings.
Requirements: valid Missouri and Kansas RN license, bedside hospice
experience preferred, effective communication, organizational
skills, valid driver--------s license, and CPR certification.
