Job Description Registered Nurse Sign on Bonus SHIFTS: All available including Supervisor and Unit Manager About the Role: We’re seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. In this role, you’ll provide high-quality patient care, support medical teams, and help ensure positive health outcomes. You’ll be a key part of a supportive, patient-focused environment that values collaboration and professional growth. Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care according to established policies and procedures Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians Monitor and record patients’ health status, vital signs, and progress Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members Educate patients and families on health conditions, care plans, and medications Maintain accurate and timely medical records and documentation Uphold infection control and safety standards Qualifications: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Virginia Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN preferred) Current BLS/CPR certification (additional certifications a plus) Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills Compassionate, reliable, and committed to patient-centered care About Eastern Healthcare Group: Eastern Health Group is a family of skilled nursing facilities and rehabilitation centers.
