Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication problems in individuals of varying age groups. Plan and provide appropriate treatment for speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders. Implement individualized care plans based on each patient’s unique needs. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly. Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to provide holistic care. Educate patients and their families about communication disorders and coping strategies. Keep detailed records of patient therapy and progress for consistent follow-up. Proficiency in various speech therapy techniques and diagnostics. Strong understanding of speech-related disorders and treatments. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. Adept at using technology and specialized tools for speech therapy. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current state license as a Speech Language Pathologist. Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). Basic Life Support (BLS) certification may also be required.
