Remede Consulting Group is seeking a travel nurse RN OR -
Operating Room for a travel nursing job in Roanoke, Virginia. Job
Description & Requirements Specialty: OR - Operating Room
Discipline: RN Start Date: 01/19/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours
per week Shift: 12 hours, days Employment Type: Travel POSITION: OR
RN SCHEDULING DETAILS AND CHARTING • Shift hours: 3x12s, 7a-7p,
plus call, occasional weekends and holidays • Weekend Requirement:
Weekend rotation with staff • On call requirement: Call rotation
with staff • RTO, Block & Special Scheduling Requests: ALL requests
must be included in the submission • Call off Policy: Facility is
allowed to call off 1 shift per 2-weeks • Holiday Requirement: Must
work one holiday per 13-week contract. • Accept First-Time
Travelers: Yes • Locals Accepted? No locals accepted. Refer to
Submittal Instructions for radius rule criteria. • Pending License
Accepted: Yes, only if the candidate holds a single-state license
from a non-compact state. Otherwise, submission must include an
active Virginia State or Compact RN/LPN license. REQUIRED
CERTIFICATIONS BLS REQUIRED CLINICAL SKILLS • Circulate and Scrub
Experience. Must be able to scrub total joints, craniotomies/neuro,
ortho trauma • Ortho and Neuro Experience Required. UNIT DETAILS
AND FLOATING • Patient Population-Neonates, Adolescents, Infants,
Pediatrics, Geriatrics • Level I trauma OR for southwest Virginia
with 25 OR suites. 24x7 on site nursing coverage. Services -
general, orthopedics, neurosurgery, plastics, gynecology, oncology,
robotic, ENT, opthalmology, pediatrics, sports medicine • Special
Equipment: ROSA, Si and Xi daVinci robots, stealth, O-Arm, HIPEC
Remede Consulting Group Job ID DEC2025-CC681. Pay package is based
on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation)
