Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule:
Day Shift, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM or until work completed; Optional
weekend coverage Highlights: Inpatient hospital case management in
a 500 bed facility Patient ratio of 1:16-20 with a collaborative
21-member team Utilize Meditech EMR, Midas, and Careport/NaviHealth
systems Float coverage to ICU, PCU, and Med-Surg units as needed
Flexible dress code: navy scrubs or business casual with optional
lab coat No on-call requirement; weekend coverage available by
choice Requirements: Minimum 2 years of case management experience
in a hospital setting Active Virginia license or Compact license
(required at submission) BLS and ACLS certification required
Proficiency in Midas/NaviHealth, Careport, and Meditech Experience
with discharge planning and performing InterQual reviews Knowledge
of EMT or case management software platforms Preferred: Experience
with observation management and LTSS screening Why It's a Great
