Registered Nurse (RN) | Progressive Care Unit Location: Winston
Salem, NC Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,970 per week Shift
Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks

required License: Active nursing license required Certifications:
ACLS, BCLS, NIH certifications required Must-Have: Experience with
arterial lines and titrating vasoactive drips. Telemetry,
interpretation, and management of dysrhythmias. Management of
central and peripheral line care. Experience with blood product
administration and IV insulin protocols. Familiarity with high flow
nasal cannula and non-invasive airway management. Description: RTO
after booking is not allowed. Additional RTO may result in
cancelation. Strong drip experience is essential. Position runs
similarly to an ICU. Unit accepts contracts for 13 weeks. Target
patient ratios are 1:3-4. Float requirement to sister unit may
occur. Weekend requirement is every other weekend. Daily patient
diagnoses include respiratory distress, unstable hemodynamics, and
post-operative care. Special procedures include management of one
pressor drip per patient. Nurses must recognize and treat
dysrhythmias. Special equipment includes bedside telemetry
monitors. All unit systems are managed with advanced technologies.
Staffing and scheduling will be handled internally. Requirements
include passing initial testing and meeting all qualifications.
