healthcare standards with registered nurses and licensed practical
nurses supporting clinical operations. The facility utilizes
NaphCare EMR system for comprehensive patient care documentation
and management. About the Facility Location The facility is located
near Galax, Virginia. It is close to NC and Roanoke/Wytheville, VA.
About the Clinician's Workday The nurse practitioner will provide
comprehensive primary care services to adult patients in a
corrections facility setting. The position requires managing 18-20
patients daily while working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to
4:30 PM or on a 4-day, 10-hour schedule. The clinician must
maintain autonomous practice standards and utilize the NaphCare EMR
system for patient documentation. Virginia medical licensure, DEA
registration, and board certification or eligibility are required
