Job Description:
MD for SNF/LTC inDanville and Martinsville, VABC/BE IM, FP,
GERPhysician will see patients between two sites; 30 min
apart.Start upon completion of credentialing.Full timeM-F, 8A to
5PLocums to perm preferredPay $120/hr. all-inclusive rateMD handles
admissions (sign off) and patient recertificationsNP pre-rounds;
full H&P for MDServe in support role for NP for chronic
patients20-25 patients per day between two locationsAcute Issues
for call; rotated every 4-5 weeks (discuss Tx or refer to hospital;
no patient visits)Laptop provided; document on site or at home;
within 24-48hours maxVA Medical License requiredDEA requiredClean
