Job Description:
Genesis HealthCare, a leader in post-acute, rehabilitation, and
long-term care services, is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse
to lead our Wound Care and Skin Health team. This critical role
focuses on enhancing patient outcomes through exceptional care and
the management of our skilled nursing team's skin health protocols.
The successful candidate will oversee wound care procedures,
implement best practice skin care treatments, and ensure compliance
with all federal and state regulations. Join us in a rewarding

those we serve. Develop and implement wound care protocols and skin
health management plans. Train and supervise nursing staff in
proper wound and skin care techniques. Evaluate the effectiveness
of treatments and interventions and adjust care plans accordingly.
Ensure compliance with all health care laws, regulations, and
Genesis HealthCare's standards. Collaborate with other healthcare
professionals to optimize patient outcomes. Perform regular audits
and prepare reports on care activities and outcomes. Lead quality
improvement initiatives in wound and skin health care. Expertise in
wound care and skin health management. Strong leadership and team
management skills. Excellent clinical skills and adherence to
health care regulations. Proficient in using medical software for
patient management. Ability to conduct and analyze compliance and
quality control audits. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid RN license. Certification in
Wound Care Nursing (CWCN) or willing to obtain within 6 months of
employment.
