In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to provide both facility-based and home-based therapy services. Our focus is on comprehensive, individualized care plans aimed at promoting patient independence and well-being. As part of our dedicated team, you will contribute directly to the health and recovery of patients, guiding them through rehabilitation and helping them regain critical life skills after illness or injury. Assess patients' health status, functional abilities, and needs to develop tailored treatment plans. Implement therapeutic interventions to address physical, cognitive, and emotional impairments. Educate patients and families about treatment plans and ongoing management strategies. Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care. Adhere to professional standards and guidelines as well as federal, state, and local requirements. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to handle physical workload Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Proficient in standard healthcare software Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid state Occupational Therapist license. NBCOT certification preferred.
