Job Description:
HCA Healthcare is seeking dedicated and flexible Registered
Nurses (RNs) to join our Float Pool team, providing top-notch care
across a variety of departments within our hospitals and care
facilities. This role is pivotal in ensuring that patient care
standards are not only met but exceeded, as Float Pool RNs are
tasked with quickly adapting to multiple clinical environments and
addressing a diverse range of patient needs. Ideal candidates are
highly adaptable, resilient, and passionate about healthcare.
Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in various
departments, adapting quickly to different medical teams. Assess
patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing
care plans, and maintain medical records. Administer nursing care
to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients. Advise
patients on health maintenance and disease prevention or provide
case management. Maintain a safe and clean working environment by
complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Support patient
and family on recovery, follow-up care, and health management tips.
Strong clinical skills in various areas of patient care.
Exceptional organizational and communication skills. Ability to
work independently and as part of a diverse team. Proficiency in
using healthcare software and systems. Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Registered
Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. Basic Life Support
(BLS) certification required. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support
(ACLS) certification preferred.
