working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in
Winston Salem, North Carolina, 27103! Job Title: Registered Nurse

ACLS, NIHSS Must-Have: - Epic experience - IV start skills -
Telemetry knowledge Description: RTO after booking is not allowed.
Any call-offs or additional RTO on the unit could possibly result
in a cancellation. The unit will accept first-time travelers.
Locals are accepted with a rate difference. Target ratios are 1:6/7
to 1:6 during normal staffing, with a maximum of 1:7 when census is
up. The unit will offer contracts for 13 weeks. 36 hours can be
offered per week. Floating to similar units is required as needed.
Every other weekend is required. The patient population consists of
medical-surgical patients. The unit no longer accepts cardiac
telemetry patients. The following systems are used: Pyxis, Epic,
and SBAR. Staffing is self-scheduled. The unit has a daily census
of approximately 40 patients. All staff are expected to adhere to
call-off policies. A teamwork approach and adherence to behavioral
expectations are mandatory. Candidates must be willing to float
based on unit needs. Travel pairs are allowed but must be submitted
for different units. References from within the past 12 months are
preferred at the time of submission. Travelers cannot work more
than 5 consecutive days or more than 60 hours in a week. All
required skills and certifications must be obtained prior to
starting the position. Modules must be completed pre-start and
annually, with hours varying by specialty. Transportation and
physical therapy, among other interdisciplinary support services,
