Your Role as a BCBA at Compass: As a Compass BCBA, you will: Work
with a small caseload of 6-11 clients, allowing you to focus on
quality over quantity. Use evidence-based ABA and complementary
practices to oversee treatment plans, train caregivers, and enhance
family engagement to maximize impact and results. Coordinate care
and maintain accurate documentation using our streamlined systems.
You’ll have the opportunity to work in a diverse range of settings
(home, community, and clinic) while receiving ongoing mentorship

licensure (or eligibility within one month of hire). Master’s
degree in a related field. Driver’s license with 1 years of driving
experience. Experience working with children or adolescents with
