• Assignment Type: Locum Tenens
• Setting: Outpatient Clinic
• Start Date: ASAP
• Schedule: 4 shifts per week, 8-10 hours per day
• Patient Population: Adult
• Location: Martinsville, VA

• Provide comprehensive hematology and oncology care to adult patients.
• Collaborate with existing medical staff for seamless patient management.
• Maintain a focus on quality patient care and management with attention to detail in treatment plans.
• Respond to patient calls outside of regular hours approximately 2-5 times per week.

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology/Oncology
• ABLS, ACLS, and BLS certifications required
• Ability to coordinate care in a multidisciplinary and progressive clinic environment

• 4 shifts per week
• 8-10 hour shifts, based on patient volumes
• Minimal call coverage (phone only)

• Strong clinical skills in hematology and oncology
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Adept at managing daily patient volumes and maintaining high standards of care
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and clinical best practices
