Explore how joining a regional leader can enhance your ability to learn, grow, and succeed. **Minimum Qualifications** Assist Manager with daily operations of Guest Services desks and Parking Team, to ensure quality service. Ensure staff is adhering to policies and procedures set in place for Parking Assistance and Guest Services. Coordinates Guest Services and Parking Team schedules for appropriate staffing levels at all desks locations, and parking areas must be able to fill in on sudden notice in order to cover for all staff shortages. Responsible for overseeing day to day activities/operation of the shuttle/golf cars and guest service desks at all 4 facilities: ION, Crystal Spring, and Riverside 1&3. Assist with employee and new hire orientation/Training. **Education:** High school diploma or GED required; Associate?s Degree in business or related field preferred. **Experience:** Minimum 3 years of related experience required; demonstrated customer service skills and knowledge desired. **Licensure, certification, and/or registration:** N/A **Other Minimum Qualifications:** Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills. Effective interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills required. Must be able to handle numerous projects and deadlines simultaneously.
