Job Description:

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00-4:30pm (Overtime as needed)What Administration contributes to Cardinal Health Administration is responsible for performing a variety of administrative activities in support of functional areas or for specific projects. Research and resolve all reported external defects (errors, dating issues, miss picks) Coordinate the execution of sales rep requests (lot and date requests, product availability, allocation overrides, etc.) Facilitate the shipment of off-scheduled orders and delivery. Order supplies as needed.Accountabilities in this role--- Strong attention to detail and customer service/communication skills--- Root cause problem solver--- Time management/Prioritization skills--- Strong system knowledge/technical aptitude/navigation between systems, good system judgement (WMS, SAP, MS office, Salesforce)--- Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams--- Process disciplined--- Understands the contribution of Customer Service to the success of supply chain--- Basic mathematics and unit of measure understandingBackground with Ariba/ Buy Now and Cora preferred--- Comfortable and confident making decisionsQualificationsHigh School diploma/GED equivalent0 to 2 years work experience in related field preferredMust possess excellent verbal and written communication skillsSkilled in MS Office programs and OutlookMust have good organization skillsWhat is expected of you and others at this levelAcquires job skills and learns company policies and procedures to complete standard tasksWorks on basic and routine assignmentsSelects correct processes from prescribed rules or guidelinesWork is closely managed and follows detail instructionsSeeks regular guidance and advice from supervisorCardinal Health supports an inclusive workplace that values diversity of thought, experience and background.
