Description The Human Resources Director will primarily be
responsible for the overall management and development of all HR
aspects for CTG and for F9 Investment companies, including
recruitment and selection, learning and development, talent
management, development and implementation of HR policies,
compensation and benefits strategy and employee relations.GENERAL
RESPONSIBILITIES:-- Maintain the work structure by updating job
requirements and job descriptions for all positions. Coordinate
with Recruiting Manager on recruiting, testing, and interviewing
for Store Operations. Provide assistance and counseling to managers
on candidate selection, and conduct and analyze exit interviews.--
Ensure planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results
by managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling
management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving
employee grievances; counseling employees and supervisors.--
Support and coach the management team on people leadership matters,
including business change and transformation. Form strong
relationships with the management team to be able to challenge and
coach in a high performance environment.-- Be responsible for all
HR management and development (including policy/practices,
discipline, grievance, mentoring, salary and conditions, talent
management, succession planning, driving performance appraisals and
other HR related issues for Store Operations and other F9
Investment companies.-- Work with Store Operations to establish and
maintain appropriate systems for measuring metrics that support
achievement of business goals.-- Monitor, measure and report on HR
issues, opportunities and development plans and achievements within
agreed formats and timescales.-- Liaise with Regional Managers and
Managers to understand their HR requirements.-- Facilitate as a
mediator when required to try and resolve employee grievances.--
Maintain a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling
and conducting job evaluations; preparing pay budgets; monitoring
and scheduling individual pay actions; recommending, planning, and
implementing pay structure revisions.-- Maintain management
guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource
policies and procedures.-- Administer the performance review
program to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within the

Management or related field preferred-- Minimum of 5 years
experience as a HR generalist, preferably in a senior role.--
Experience building compensation and benefits packages-- Experience
managing and developing a team of HR personnel-- Experience
designing and writing HR policies, procedures, offer and contracts
of employment-- Experience in talent management, succession
planning and development-- Knowledge of employment law
