Job Description:
Labcorp is seeking an IT Manager, M&A Portfolio that will
manage the delivery of IT due diligence and integration for Mergers
and Acquisitions in our office in Burlington or Durham, NC Work
Schedule / Hours: This is a full?time, exempt (salaried) position
assigned to a First Shift schedule, with standard business hours of
Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time
(EST). Business needs may occasionally require flexibility in work
hours, including earlier, later, or additional hours, with
reasonable notice provided when possible. Up to 10 % travel to
corporate locations (national and international). Job
Responsibilities Manage the delivery of IT due diligence and
integration activities across acquisitions. Overseeing project
plans, coordinating IT functional workstreams, tracking milestones,
and ensuring timely execution across multiple acquisitions.
Coordinating with external project managers from the corporate
Integration Management Office (IMO) to ensure consistency and
alignment across enterprise integration efforts Drives
accountability across IT domains, ensuring stakeholders remain
aligned and deliverables are achieved on schedule. Manage IT due
diligence workstreams, ensuring document requests, checklists, and
deadlines are delivered across all divisions and business lines
(Dx, BLS, Divisions, Enterprise). Facilitate sessions with subject
matter experts, capture inputs, and validate findings. Consolidate
financial and operational data to support integration budget
planning and pro forma tracking. Maintain risk, issue, and action
logs with clear ownership and follow-through. Build and manage
integration plans, timelines, and milestones for multiple
acquisitions. Partner with IT functional leads (Infrastructure,
Security, IAM, Applications, Help Desk, etc.) to monitor progress
and identify blockers. Drive accountability for outstanding
deliverables, escalating risks to leadership as needed. Plan and
facilitate recurring M&A cadence meetings across IT domains.
Prepare agendas, document outcomes, and distribute action items
with assigned ownership. Ensure cross-functional dependencies are
communicated and tracked to completion. Maintain project workspaces
(Teams, SharePoint, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project), ensuring
project artifacts are organized and accessible. Track approvals and
maintain documentation for all phases of due diligence and
integration. Support onboarding materials and maintain knowledge
repositories for ongoing projects. Develop and update dashboards,
project reports, and executive-level summaries. Standardize
reporting templates to ensure consistent communication across
projects. Deliver timely and accurate updates to leadership,
escalating gaps where needed. Coordinate IT resource allocations
and availability across multiple transactions. Act as liaison
between IT and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on
timelines and expectations. Engage with the IT PMO as needed to
secure additional project management support for integration
execution. Collaborate with external project managers from the
corporate Integration Management Office (IMO) when required to
align IT integration activities with enterprise-level efforts.
Organize workshops, planning sessions, and integration reviews to
ensure cross-functional alignment. Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree 5 or more years of IT project management, PMO, or
portfolio management experience Preferred Qualifications 2 or more
years of experience in project management within in M&A
(Mergers and Acquisitions) Project management certification 3 or
more years of experience working in a healthcare or life sciences
company Additional Job Standards Strong knowledge of IT domains
such as Infrastructure, Security, Applications, and IT Operations.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, Teams, and project
management tools (Smartsheet, MS Project, Power BI, or similar).
Experience delivering cross-functional projects in a matrixed,
enterprise environment. Strong project management skills with the
ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Excellent
communication (written, verbal, and presentation) with
executive-level polish. Proven ability to influence and hold teams
accountable without direct authority. Process-oriented with
attention to detail and structured problem-solving skills.
Comfortable escalating risks/issues early with clear documentation.
Proactive, dependable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced

This hybrid position offers a balanced schedule of a minimum of
three in-office days at an assigned location to be either
Burlington or Durham, NC, supporting both collaboration and
flexibility Benefits: Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or
