Job Description Job Description Legal Assistant Responsibilities: Finalize and e-file court documents (discovery, motions, pleadings). Draft and proofread legal correspondence and documents. Manage calendars and deadlines. Support daily office tasks (filing, copying, phone coverage). Occasionally greet clients and maintain confidentiality. Assist with time entry for billing. Qualifications: 3 years civil litigation legal assistant experience, federal litigation a plus. Strong proofreading and organizational skills. Proficient in MS Office and court e-filing systems (Odyssey, CM/ECF). Excellent communication skills with clients and staff.
