Job Description Job Description Salary: 40,000 SHIPPING & WAREHOUSE COORDINATOR The Shipping & Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for the daily receiving, shipping, and organization of materials and finished products, as well as assets staging for Xtreme!s rigorous event schedule. This role plays a key part in keeping production moving by ensuring orders are accurate, inventory is maintained, and shipments go out on time. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment while coordinating with internal teams and shipping partners. This position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to adapt quickly, work independently, self motivated, and a commitment to representing Xtreme! RESPONSIBILITIES Prepare and ship daily orders using UPS, FedEx, freight carriers, or local delivery Schedule carrier pickups and prepare shipping paperwork including packing slips and Bills of Lading (BOL) Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and products Report damages, shortages, or discrepancies Maintain inventory, and warehouse areas Load and unload deliveries and shipments Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment Track shipping details, freight costs, and related paperwork Coordinate with Production, Sales, and Event Team CORE COMPETENCIES & REQUIREMENTS Professional conduct and reliable work ethic Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Comfortable problem-solving when shipping or inventory issues arise Ability to reflect the values and quality standards of Xtreme! Marketing EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE High school diploma or GED One to three years of shipping, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred TECHNICAL SKILLS Experience with shipping software (UPS, FedEx, WorldShip, or similar) Basic computer skills including Microsoft Excel and Outlook Forklift experience or certification Ability to haul a trailer PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Ability to lift and move materials (up to 100 lbs)` Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work on your feet for extended periods COMMITMENT TO DIVERSITY Xtreme!
