Bring along your passion and doyour life's best work.(sm) ThisM&R Supervisor Broker/Agent Serviceswillprovide sales support and administrative services to non-employee sales producers, such as broker agents, field marketing organizations (FMO's), and independent contract agents. He/she will ensureproper completion of contracts, marketing agreements, and documentation of sales targets. This Supervisor may administer programs and monitoring to ensure compliance with external agent credentialing and training requirements. He/she will actas internal liaison and customer service resource for external producers relative to enrollment and policy questions, systems issues, and coordination of materials fulfillment. As one aspect of broader support role, he/she may manage administrative aspects of commission payments such as routine tracking, reporting, and troubleshooting issues relative to missing or disputed payments. Primary Responsibilities: Coordinates, supervises and is accountable for daily/weekly/monthly activities and performance of call center team members Coordinates work activities with other supervisors, managers, departments, operational sites, etc. Identifies and resolves operations problems using defined processes and process improvement techniques Sets priorities for the team to ensure task completion and performance goals are met, such as Quality, Adherence, Service Level and AHT Provides coaching and feedback to team members including formal corrective action and performance improvement plans Conducts quarterly performance reviews and weekly side-by-side monitoring sessions, as well as, one-on-one sessions Provides expertise and customer services support to agents and customers Handles escalated issues as they arise Coordinates, supervises and is accountable for the daily activities of business support, technical or production team or unit Youll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. Required Qualifications: 2+ years of experience as a Supervisor or Team Lead managing team performance in a sales or sales support environment Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) Ability to work a flex schedule between 7:00am and 9:00pm,Monday through Friday (Weekends are required at various times of the year) Live in/within commutable distance to Roanoke, VA If you need to enter a work site for any reason, you will be required to screen for symptoms using the ProtectWell mobile app, Interactive Voice Response (i.e., entering your symptoms via phone system) or similar UnitedHealth Group-approved symptom screener. When in a UnitedHealth Group building, employees are required to wear a mask in common areas. In addition, employees must comply with any state and local masking orders Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (or higher) Healthcare experience Experience working in a call center Medicare or managed care experience Experience working with Broker and Independent Agents
