There is no maximum number of leads that you can have per month, it is up to you on how much you want to grow your business.
Hands-on Training and Mentorship -are huge when it comes to growing your real estate business and the market is always changing! Our Owner and Sales Manager are available for questions in real-time. You learn by asking questions and the obstacles that come up as you go along. You also have a great team of brokers behind you that are beyond supportive and will help you along the way. As we said, culture is huge!
We help you leverage your time. Work-Life balance is key to maintaining any career long term and continuing to enjoy what you do. We help you balance your personal calendar with your work calendar. One of those ways is each agent has access to Showing Partners.
So many areas are available to choose from! We're looking for agents in Roanoke Valley, New River Valley, Lynchburg but also anywhere in the US! You are also able to transfer to over 14 different countries!
Earning potential is up to You! We help you set your income goals and then come up with an action plan to get you there. Your broker and sales manager are there every steps of the way to cheer you on and keep you on track!
Compensation:$45,000 - $150,000 yearly at plan
