Job Description:

Lingo Staffing is now hiring a Chemical Processor in Salem, VA!

Hours: -6am - 4:30pm -

Pay: -$20 / hour

The processor is responsible for processing chemicals within the plant by properly operating and maintaining equipment in the processing area. They will perform quality checks, filter testing, water hardness testing, amongst other tests.

Requirements:

Must have extensive chemical experience (5+ years)
Hazmat experience
High school diploma or GED required
Stable work history
Minimum of 1 year manufacturing experience
Basic math skills
Must be comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment -
Stellar attendance required
Must be comfortable around chemicals (smell) -
Lifting up to 40 lbs. -
Mechanically inclined
We are looking for candidates that may have held the previous titles such as: Processor, Auditor, Chemical, Quality Control, HAZMAT
