TalentBridge, a leader in the professional staffing industry, is seeking candidates for a -Banking Customer Support -contract opportunity.

Job Description:

Support customers with inquiries on financial/loan products and services.
Identify ways to improve customer experience within established procedures.
Perform routine customer support tasks by responding to and resolving customer inquiries and complaints.
Interact with immediate customer service team as well as internal and external customers on incoming questions and concerns.
Research documents using available resources.
Perform individual research and work as a team when necessary

Qualification:
- 1+ years of customer service, financial services, collections, or sales environment
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
