a Vice President to lead Supply Chain, Warehouse, and Logistics,
Contracting, Strategic Sourcing, and Procurement, Purchased
Services, Capital, MMIS, Value Analysis, Dining and Nutrition, and
Laundry and Linen efforts for the $2.4 billion health system.
Specifically, we are looking for a dynamic, results-oriented Vice
President who is willing to facilitate change management and who is

Roanoke, Virginia. The Vice President, Corporate Support Services
will be a member of Carilion Clinic's senior leadership team,
reporting directly to the Chief Administrative Officer of Carilion
Clinic. The VP, Corporate Support Services partners with system
leaders in developing high-level strategic initiatives to ensure
that the provided quality of care and patient experience, and
physician/employee experience, meet the standards that have made
Carilion Clinic a leader in healthcare. The successful candidate
will have a track record of developing and implementing proactive
best practices and integrated approaches to ensure positive patient
outcomes as measured by key performance indicators. The candidate
must have the ability to articulate a 5-year plan and annual goals
and influence others through consensus building and collaborative
leadership. Additional qualifications include experienced
leadership of financial budgets, superior analytical,
interpersonal, communication (oral and written) skills. The
candidate will also have a proven capacity for building
credibility, and role modeling collegiality and developing
relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including
physicians and executives. The applicant must have great attention
to detail and be able to manage the finances, logistics, human
resources, and other operational aspects of the department.
Experience in mentorship, facilitation, multi-disciplinary team
building, and conflict resolution skills are required. Our
