Application Analyst II-Kronos

Carilion Clinic - Technology Services Group (TSG) is seeking a
Kronos Application Analyst II in Roanoke, VA. You will serve as a
resource for our enterprise time & attendance (T&A) system
(Kronos). Working alongside the Operations team you will perform
application system analysis and design to include requirements,
specifications, configuration, documentation, testing, and
implementation of systems. You will also be involved in providing
application support, troubleshooting, training and reporting
activities within the T&A system. Additionaly, you will serve
as a liaison between TSG groups, clients and vendors. Experience

Duties and respsonsibilities may include:
- Conduct analysis of application design including but not
limited to planning implementations and maximizing application
- Develop working knowledge of assigned applications and related
development and maintenance tools.
- Assistwith resolution of issues, tracks issues and provides
updates to peers, leadership and clients with minimum
- Independently manages assigned projects and meets
- Adheres to departmental policies and procedures.
- Plan and conduct requirements gathering.
- Coordinate, plan and conduct detailed design sessions through
knowledge of client/business needs and application functionality
with minimum supervision.
- Coordinate, plan, and conduct analysis of client business needs
with minimum supervision.
- Develop reference materials (status reports, documentation,
etc.) for supported applications and related technologies.
- Serve as an advocate for department initiatives and

timely reporting of all pertinent change information, effective
discussion of the changes, internal and external communications,
contingency planning, support of the change event and post-change
reporting, as appropriate.

Education: High school degree required. Associates/Bachelor's
degree in computer science, information systems, healthcare,
business, or equivalent experience required.
Experience: Minimum of three years of related experience.
Experience working in a healthcare setting and/or in an information
technology role supporting a relevant operational area
Licensure/Certification: Valid Virginia drivers' license required.
Vendor and/or industry certifications/proficiencies as determined
