Position responsible for all physical inventory functions, bidding to the USG et. al., and for all order processing as it relates to job numbers and the accounting function. Also responsible for Monthly closing activities and reporting and special projects required.

* Coordination/responsibility for physical inventory activities, including overall control of cycle counts and WIP inventories, and all analysis related thereto
* Costing/pricing of bids, and interfacing with Marketing, Contracts, and DCAA as required for bids
* Job order entry and maintenance
* Monthly closing activities, including journal entries and reporting
* Special projects as assigned
* Weekly production reporting

Education:

* Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in accounting or related field or equivalent years' experience
* Working knowledge of cost accounting and accounting principles

Experience:

* 2+ years' experience in related field, preferably in a USG manufacturing
* Strong clerical and analytical skills; strong organizational and decision-making skills
* Capability to independently coordinate and potentially supervise efforts to conduct inventories
* Must interface well with others across all disciplines

Knowledge:

* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tool; such as Excel, Word, Outlook and Access
