PM19 Thrasher is looking to add a Professional Surveyor to our growing Survey Division. Members of the survey team work on a wide variety of projects, enjoy working independently and collaboratively, and function well on a deadline driven schedule. Responsibilities include but are not limited to; Demonstrate the ability to lead all aspects of a surveying and geomatics department, which include several field crews and supporting technical staff members Manage land development projects from both the public and private sector Identify and develop business opportunities with new and existing clients Report to and maintain contact with key staff and officials of the organization to ensure department success and sustainability Plan, organize, supervise, and mentor survey crews, technicians, and other internal staff members Coordinate assignments that aide in Project Management and deadline adherence Successful candidates will; Have and maintain licensure for PS/PLS in the State of WV Possess a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar capacity The ability to lead a team and provide appropriate mentorship Experience using Trimble equipment is preferred Essential soft skills include; Strong time management skills Ability to organize and prioritize appropriately, based on project scope Natural leadership skills and mentorship capabilities High levels of productivity working independently and collaboratively Corporate Details TTG offers an excellent and competitive benefits package which includes relocation and tuition assistance, paid time off, 401k matching, medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.
