We are looking for a dedicated Turn Around Technician TAT like you to be a part of our team.Job Summary and QualificationsOur Turn Around Technician (TAT) will work under the supervision of the surgical services leadership team to assist with implementation of departmental and organizational goals, with particular focus on FCS and TAT.
  • You will share the responsibility for the overall daily function of the Operating Room with emphasis on efficiency.
  • You will actively participate in the departmental and facility performance improvement programs and initiatives.
  • You will maintain unit readiness for regulatory surveys.
  • You will utilize appropriate communication and interpersonal skills in dealing with patients, physicians, staff, and management.
  • You will demonstrate teamwork, flexibility and creative problem-solving skills when dealing with patients, physicians, or other department managers and staff.You will communicate effectively with staff, peers, supervisors, physicians, and external/internal customers.
  • You will be required to adhere to hospital policies and procedures, pursue your own professional growth, and serve as a professional member of the Surgical Services team.
    
    What qualifications you will need:
