Business Systems Analyst will work with Business Systems Analyst,
product, and business owners to gather, validate, and document
various systems information and requirements and to adapt the
corporate business systems to satisfy business
requirements.**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**+ Support
daily functions of all business systems including training,
documentation, and application support.+ Analytical thinking to
gather relevant information, focus on facts and evidence and exams
chunks of data to identify root cause of errors with business
systems and process procedures.+ Ability to write business process
workflows and standard operating procedures.+ Identify, design,
document and implement process improvements for business
functions.+ Create and prepare training materials, research the
applications to be taught, conducting training sessions, and
assessing trainees on their knowledge.+ Develop needs assessments
for End Users to ensure they are eligible for production access to
system approved applications. Provide additional guidance or
coaching to trainees who need it.+ Establish and maintain a
professional rapport with End Users and their managers.+ Develop
help desk knowledge base articles to support business process and
applications.+ Work directly with IT teams to resolve technical
issues.+ Provide timely status reports by application as needed.+
Working collaboratively with internal technical and project teams.+
Ability to work as part of an Agile and highly collaborative
project team.+ Liaise with the IT Project Management Organization
for prioritization of requests.+ Other duties as
assigned.**Required Skills and Qualifications**+ Minimum of 3 years
of experience in working with multi-site operational and technical
teams.+ Good information technology acumen that is easily
translated and communicated to business users.+ General
understanding of technology as it relates to user interfaces,
workflows, cloud, data warehouse, reporting and analytical tools.+

bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year College or

willing to work as part of a hybrid in the office and remote
schedule.+ Work between an office and plant environment with
Exposure to varying degrees of temperatures and noise.+ Ability to
travel up to 10% including overnight stays.**Physical
Requirements**+ Sitting, standing, and walking+ Attendance - The
ability to workas scheduled with punctual attendance,
Monday-Friday, plus any additional hours/days necessary to meet
business demands.+ Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25
